WULKAN SA manufactures gray iron castings in grades EN-GJL-150, 200 and 250 for the automotive, machinery and construction industries.
The company combines a rich foundry tradition with modern casting and processing technologies. WULKAN offers its customers a comprehensive service – from the design and manufacture of tooling, through raw casting, to machining and coating. Annual production capacity of the foundry is approximately 10,000 tonnes of castings, with weights from 0.1 kg to 20 kg. WULKAN SA has a subsidiary – Fenix Machines sp. z o.o., which is a manufacturer of numerically controlled machines for grinding castings. Through systematic and precise grinding, efficiency is obtained in the production process.
